Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.


Payment

We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using Billplz, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.

In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.


Vouchers
Vouchers provide to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

  • It usually takes 1-3 working days upon your payment for items to despatch from our warehouse and is subjected to custom clearance or logistics handling. For international orders, please factor in the additional days to reach you depending on the mode of shipment chosen (Occasionally there may be delay due to custom clearance and logistics handling. By purchasing with us you agree to patiently wait for your items to be mailed to you in cases of delay)
  • Full payment must be made upon placing order and no refund/cancellation is allowed once payment made. Read our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • There may be cases where items are out of stock/shortlanded after order is placed. In cases where items are shortlanded/out of stock, you may choose to receive store credit or choose a replacement item. No cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of store credit. Any separate shipping shall be borne by customers.
  • All the items are inspired pieces and are not affiliated to any brands in any way.
  • The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. However, we have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible.
  • Size measurement are laid flat and may have 1-3cm discrepancies due to human measurement and may not be considered as a defect.
  • Please understand that we don’t do size exchange due to all preorder items are from overseas.
  • We advice that all items are handwashed and NOT soaked .We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (color runs, size shrinks..etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, we will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained. 
  • Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
  • Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost or unclaimed parcel. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
  • For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
  • Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
  • Voucher/Discount Codes/Credit Notes/Gift Cards issued can only be utilized by the account holder unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferrable in nature. Vouchers can only be extended to a maximum period of one year from the date of issue. If it is not utilized within the given timeframe, the amount will be forfeited. (unless otherwise stated). Vouchers/Discount Codes/Credit Notes/Gift Cards are only valid if they are inputted during check out. The value of each individual Voucher/Credit Note has to be utilized within one transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded. 
  • Refunds are on case by case basis. In cases where the order total falls below the promotion minimum amount and/or free shipping threshold after a refund is made, then the order shall be subjected to the prevailing product price and/or shipping rate.
  • Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
